About Portage Youth Hub
The Portage Youth Hub launched late 2024 and is located at 1200 Saskatchewan Ave West, Portage la Prairie. The goal of the Youth Hub is to be an additional place for youth ages 15-29 to seek support for challenges such as addictions, mental health issues, or assistance with paperwork and connecting to the right services. Additionally, there will be recreational components offered, and cultural supports offered.

Portage Youth Hub recognizes the support of Tawacin on Kiksuye (learns by Heart) Program and more.

Our advisory table consists of members from: Portage la Prairie Community Revitalization Corporation, Portage la Prairie School Division, Youth for Christ, Portage Friendship Centre, the Family Resource Centre, Southern Health-Santé Sud Regional Health Authority, Shared Health, Portage Learning and Literacy Centre, Royal Candian Mounted Police, Child Family Services Central, Manitoba Probations Canadian Mental Health Association, and local youth.

Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are located at 1200 Saskatchewan Ave W. We are open Monday to Friday 9 am- 8pm and Saturdays 10:30 am- 4pm, closed on Sundays and Holidays.
I did not make an appointment can I just come in?
Yes, of course! We have a number of staff working that will be able to assist you with any needs you might have?
