We are excited to be moving forward with a local University of Winnipeg teacher trainer cohort!
Below are the links to the slides and paper application from the information session on the Teacher Trainer cohort from October 2, 2025. Paper applications for The University of Winnipeg should be returned to Access Education, The University of Winnipeg, 515 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba CANADA R3B 2E9. If you want to apply online but need support with the online portal, please contact the Portage Youth Hub (a subsidiary of PCRC) at 204-240-8559 or in person at 1200 Saskatchewan Ave.
The applications for the cohort will be due October 16th, 2025. This is not mentioned in other areas as it is specific to the cohort. If you were not able to attend the information session and apply, please email Mari Kozar at m.kozar@portagecrc.com so we can confirm with our U of W contact that you are applying to be part of the cohort.

The Portage School Division, in partnership with PCRC, is conducting a feasibility study to establish a local Brandon University satellite campus to train teachers. Students would complete two university degrees and graduate as licensed Manitoba teachers.
